Riley's Farm Reflection
We all definitely had a lot of fun on this field trip. We all thought that it was an actual farm but when we got there we got all dressed up and acted like we lived in the Revolutionary War. I think that the reason we went there is to experience the place and time of the Revolutionary War. We used fake guns to prepare for war, we wrote letters to our loved ones in real ink to tell them goodbye before we went to war, we drank from a water pump. Then... finally.... we went to war... we were the British, and so sadly, even though we fought our hardest, we lost. While I watched all my friends get shot and go down, I thought about my family and friends.... then..... I went down too.

American Revolution
I think we all had a lot of fun when learning about the American Revolution. We got to work with people to make a skit, we also got to make another presentation with another partner about an event that lead up to the Revolutionary War. Some of the causes of the Revolutionary War was for example: Currency Act, Boston Tea Party, and many many more. The Articles of Confederation was when some important people made this paper pretty much saying that America would stay together, to fight the British. The constitution is the foundation of the american legal system. For example it has the bill of rights which means we are all equal. The meaning behind the Preamble is to tell people why they are making a constitution.
